Brief Introduction
The equipment consists of main reduction box, die casing, wheel frame, sash brace and EPT control system.
The spinning drawing blocks are driven by AC motor, with gear coupling runs changeful gears to reduce speed.
The drawing blocks are vertically fixed in sealed box body.
The gear pair are lubricated with oil.

The cooked wire uses 22KW inverter motor and 22KW inverter.
Line speed 8m/s.
The incoming line is 2.3mm
The outgoing line is 0.7mm.
The tower wheel has a diameter of 420 mm and the surface is coated with tungsten carbide. It can realize the automatic winding of the wire.
Winding motor 3KW.
Winding frequency converter 3kw. If it is raw silk, that is, the wire is not annealed, the motor and inverter are 30KW.
Take-up reel diameter is 310mm.
